MEET THE TEAM

Michelle has been with InSight Law since 2018 and serves as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for clients. She manages Bobby’s calendar, coordinates team meetings, oversees office administration, and helps guide clients through our process by scheduling appointments and supporting firm events. With a background in administrative and customer service, Michelle is dedicated to creating a smooth and welcoming experience for every client.

Ginny Oliver has been the Senior Funding Coordinator at InSight Law since 2016 and plays a key role in overseeing the firm’s funding coordination and billing matters. She earned a degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

Taylor Hayes is a Funding Coordinator at InSight Law and leads the firm’s Business Planning Department. She studied Paralegal Studies at Anne Arundel Community College and brings more than four years of prior estate planning experience from a law firm in Annapolis.

Shannon Stribbling has been with InSight Law since February 2025. She supports the team with document production and funding coordination. She brings four years of prior estate planning experience to the firm. Shannon earned a Master of Arts in Teaching, a Bachelor of Music, and a minor in Leadership Studies from Christopher Newport University.

Claire joined InSight Law in the fall of 2024 and assists with client funding processes in collaboration with the firm’s funding coordinators and helps with document preparation and data entry for estate planning matters. Claire also provides support to the business planning department while continuing to expand her experience in trust and estate planning.

Laura Liberman joined InSight Law in the fall of 2025 as a Legal Intern and Paralegal. She supports client funding processes alongside the firm’s funding coordinators and assists with document preparation, data entry, and settlement preparation for estate planning matters.

Holly brings over 10 years of experience providing legal assistance and technical support to boutique estate planning firms. At InSight Law, she focuses on process creation and analysis, helping evaluate and customize the firm’s systems to improve efficiency and support the team’s ability to serve clients. Holly also acts as a technical liaison, coordinating with IT and software providers to ensure systems run smoothly.

Deby joined InSight Law part-time in October 2025 and manages the firm’s billing matters. She is responsible for billing coordination and handles annual maintenance renewal invoicing for clients.

Bonnie is an Administrative Assistant at InSight Law with more than 40 years of experience in a variety of administrative roles. She serves as the firm’s Document Production Lead and provides support to the Business Planning department.
