Kathleen W. Epperson, Associate Attorney

Katie joined InSight Law in 2024 as an Associate Attorney. She is passionate about helping clients cultivate and maintain effective estate plans that meet their personal goals and objectives, and she enjoys working closely with clients to understand their unique family dynamics and craft an estate plan that works for them. A central part of her practice focuses on advising high-net-worth individuals and families – helping them navigate complex wealth-transfer planning and legacy preservation strategies.

Katie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Tulsa and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar. Prior to joining InSight Law, she gained broad experience in corporate strategy, business development, and individual income tax roles — gaining unique perspectives that have greatly shaped her work today.

In her free time, Katie enjoys traveling, cheering on the Washington Commanders, Oklahoma Sooners and Oklahoma City Thunder, and spending time with her family and friends.
